X 1.9.6b5 speeds things up and resolves several
annoying little problems.
This should be the last public beta before the final

pop up on top of a Save dialog.

Recent Folders and Favorites folders if they contain
large numbers of alias files that don't reference
anything.
- 10/12/04 - Default Folder
X 1.9.6b2 public beta takes care of additional
issues.
Default Folder X 1.9.6b2 handles unmounted SMB servers
better, which should correct the remaining problems

in some applications (such as GraphicConverter) failing
to respond to Default Folder X's toolbar menus.
